Went on 12 Dec. We almost ordered the waffle but turns out their machine was faulty and have to refund a few customers. So we chose the cone instead. It’s pretty underwhelming as compared to other established ice cream brands I’ve tried. Roasted pistachio ice cream was really dry like I was eating brownie. I don’t know it could be the ratio of ingredients? Plus the store looks really messy as well.

We engaged Cold Break for our wedding and they were truly exceptional. From the ice-cream tasting session before the event, their service was outstanding. We even dropped by their store without prior notice, yet they accommodated us warmly and professionally. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth. Their ice-cream is incredibly creamy and delicious, with a great variety of flavours. We selected Sea Salt Caramel, Valrhona Dark Chocolate, and Sicilian Pistachio. They also served Oolong Lychee tea, which paired beautifully with the ice-cream and added a refreshing touch. During the wedding, there was a constant queue at their cart, and many of our guests shared how much they enjoyed the treats and the Valrhona Dark Chocolate was a clear crowd favourite. A small but meaningful gesture we truly appreciated was how they reserved two pints for my wife and I, knowing we were too busy to grab some ourselves. Absolutely delicious. Waffles are fresh crispy and just right. Ice cream is homemade . Lovely tea so fragrant and nice. Run by young people n crowd is young too. Husband claims he ate too much but can't resist the ice cream
