I ordered breakfast early in the morning, and was told to wait for 10-20 minutes, which I was alright with. But to find out a few bites into my meal that my order was wrong, after repeating several times that I wanted ketchup removed from my breakfast wraps, and my drink without ice, I was still appalled to find both wraps with ketchup and my drink with ice. When returning to ask about my order, they told me that they thought I had just ordered my meals as is(Even though throughout the original interaction, I repeated my special requests several times throughout the process) I understand that your busy, but don’t lie to your guest straight to their face. P.S thinking back it was one of the higher up workers who handled my order(wearing a darker coloured striped shirt), I don’t know if they were stressed or overworked, but after speaking to them they do seem understaffed.
i ordered happy meal toy for my kids ( they never put unavailable) so i thought they have it stock at the store then when the staff bring the food and the toys its not the one that i ordered so i ask why is not the toy that i order they say not availabe now.. then i say why u never put unavailable when you dont have it.. i ordered happy meal because of that toy.. soo i insist i wanted that toy because i think im right.. so when i go to counter and ask how and where is my happy meal toy the assistant manager today was soo rude .. reply me wat toy ah i give u already.. then i say u never give me ? u give who? then he ask the other staff where is the toy .. then he give it to the wrong person.. hes soo rude and angry like it was my fault.. next time if u dont have it please put unavailabe.. then u dont need to be rude to your customer .. like is my fault .. and guess wat they have a toy at the store they just dont want to give isit?? 😆😆 hello to the the assistant manager that is soo rude and think i owe something to him hes a malay guy i just forget his name..
Ordered Big breakfast around 1050 with table service, waited for 20 mins but no serving. Went to front desk to check, our meal had gone somewhere, ask for refunding, immediate the staff said they would prepare, moreover we had to collect ourselves! So lousy system and progress this outlet!
