Staff were RUDE, dismissive, and unaware of their own promotions. When serving the order, they missed out half the order and acted as if it was my fault when I asked about it, shoving it towards me on the counter. When I got home and started eating, I found a tub of sauce instead of my mash potatoes. The size of the chicken was no bigger than my fist either. What the hell. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Do NOT buy from here???

Placed my dine in order through the app at 7:14pm, got my food at 7:47pm after asking the staff about the status of my order when numbers behind mine were already being served. In fact my order was ready at the counter but it didn't show on the screen. I was already half way eating when my number only appeared as "preparing". Please look into your queue system. I pity those who relied on the screen and didn't go and check on their orders. Also, it is obvious that they are shorthanded. Management should look into this as well. Next, size of the food. I ordered a regular serving but kid-size drumlets and man tou were served instead. Walao now I know look is indeed deceiving. The serving was so small that I had to order another Zinger to go with it. Lastly, the chilli crab sauce was overly salty. The more I ate, the more I questioned myself why did I even make the trip to Oasis for this National Day meal.

Chickens here seemed to have shrunk in size. Taste wise is still there. I prefer them in original flavor. The wait was long too.
