Drinks are ok, average service, the jelly not that tasty. Tea smell nice but maybe the brew not too great

I visit this outlet every week on Wednesday for the buy 3 free 1 promotion, and sometimes on Thursdays. My usual go-to is the Fresh Watermelon Jasmine Tea (Large) with salted cheese foam. I used to really enjoy it, but recently the taste has been dropping. I started with 50% sugar, then 25% and now I drink 0% sugar. However, it keeps tasting sweeter each time. There is no consistency anymore and the flavour now feels more artificial, almost like watermelon syrup mixed into the drink. It is quite disappointing, especially since I come here so often. In addition, the service could be improved. Some staff tend to serve with an unfriendly expression, which does not leave a welcoming impression. I hope the store can improve both the drink quality and service, as I truly want to continue supporting this outlet.
