Ambience of the cafe is nice. We were lucky to have found high chair seat by the window so we can sit down, enjoy our drinks (& cake!) while we stared blankly at the passersby 😀 The staff are friendly & patience and it took us very little waiting time to get our order. Only thing is the cost of the beverages is on the high side,once in a while is ok but not for daily consumption 😋

Poor service; I waited for almost 40 minutes for my take out order of three items when there were only one to two customers. I tried to get the staff's attention to ask about my order which they ignored me multiple times avoiding eye contacting. When they were free they would go to the opposite end and act busy. While waiting another staff came over to fix something and threw the things in front of me where I was sitting. I was shocked, I stood up and moved away as he continued throwing stuff on the table top where I was sitting. When I finally got the staff's attention, my order was ready all along and has been sitting on the shelves. Would've saved me 40 minutes if a staff would just entertain me for 5 seconds. Next time i'm just walking behind the counter to check if i ever come back. I'm not waiting for 40 minutes for staff to pass me an item that was ready.

I ordered from the app 20 mins ago and checked w Marcus for my drink and he said he made it 20 mins ago. He rectified and remake the drink for me and I’ve to give him credit for a godly speed for making all the drinks. One of the fastest in any Starbucks already
