china staff in liho screwed up and is rude twice. idk whats wrong with her but i ordered once very clearly and she got the order wrong without apologising. Second time, the drink is already ready there for so long and she looked and checked the number but decided not to give it to me. After i approached the counter and asked if she could js pass the drink to me, she replied very rudely huh? then dk check with another staff for what and end up telling me there are still other drinks preparing??? like ok but my order has literally been there for so long. also she was caught up fixing something that she screwed up FROM ANOTHER ORDER. if i see this china lady again, i wont buy. saw other complaints abt her too 👍

On 22 Dec at around 5:30 pm, I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, but it was completely wrong. Instead of brown sugar milk tea, I was given a regular classic milk tea. It was very disappointing, especially since this is not the first time my order has been messed up at this outlet. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. please don’t ever purchase from this outlet uh guys..waste of money and time just buy from different outlet or store.

Poster says 4 litres and also clarified with the staff she said it’s 4 litres and when I looked at the bottom of the said container, it wrote 3 litres, tried asking the staff again they told me that container is 4 litres regardless of what is stated on the container. judge for yourself. (Saturday 12th April 2025) Added 2 more stars from previous 1 star. I went to collect my order and I was greeted by a friendly lady who prepared my drink from 11am. It was well packed and they provided a few cups and straws, great for smaller gatherings. Went to SKP to buy smaller cups as the cups liho provided was normal large bubble tea cups. Brought the honey green tea to my family gathering and most of them liked it we can even reuse the container! Thank you!! (Updated review on 16th April 2025)
