No crowd when I visit on a weekday afternoon. Simple cafe located in a quiet corner. Tried the Camelot Latte and Hazelnut Royaltine. Cake is alright but Latte surpasses my expectations. Looks pretty with the honeycomb toppings. Inhaled the bitter sweet fragrance with each sip of the coffee.

This was my first time visiting this café. The reason was simple ,I needed a quiet place in the morning to settle some work. I happened to come across this place, and it wasn’t too crowded, which made it a convenient choice. I’m not a coffee connoisseur, but I do enjoy having one cup of coffee to start my day. Overall, the café itself didn’t leave a particularly strong impression on me in terms of food or ambiance. However, what stood out most was the service, which ultimately shaped my experience. When I entered the café, there was no one at the counter, so I looked around for assistance. Shortly after, a staff member came out and asked whether I was dining in or taking away. I told him I was dining in, and he informed me that I could place my order by scanning the QR code. This process is quite standard these days, so I proceeded to order and took a seat. I ordered a black coffee and a croissant. My intention was to keep things simple and quick so I could focus on finishing my work without spending too much time there. When the coffee was served, there was no sugar provided. This is fairly common, as many cafés either have self-service sugar stations or provide sugar upon request. I checked the counter but couldn’t find any sugar, so I asked the barista where I could get some. He explained that they don’t offer sugar packets, only sugar syrup. I then asked if I could have some sugar syrup, to which he responded by asking whether the coffee was too bitter for me. I explained that I simply prefer to add sugar to my coffee. Ordering a black coffee doesn’t necessarily mean I enjoy it bitter , I chose it because it’s usually the quickest option, and at that moment my priority was efficiency rather than the coffee itself. Overall, I wouldn’t say the experience was bad. However, I do feel that the level of service, particularly in understanding and responding to customer needs, could be improved.

Recently visited a small but interesting café in Bugis. It’s very convenient to get there with the MRT and several bus stops nearby. The environment is clean and comfortable, making it a great place to sit down and relax on weekends. We tried a few of their special coffee creations, and each drink came with a small card. The staff also took time to explain the flavours, which made the experience feel more like a mini tasting lesson rather than just a coffee stop. Overall, it was a really pleasant visit. My personal recommendation is the “Quatrime” It has a blend of sourness, sweetness, fruity notes, tea fragrance, and coffee aroma all at once. Very unique. This café is perfect for a slow weekend visit—take your time, enjoy your drink, and have a good chat. Their signature drinks are creative, the cards are thoughtfully designed, and you actually learn something while drinking. They also serve some desserts and a few pasta dishes. Worth a visit!
