Strawberry Matcha was great and has an umami taste! One of the best in SG I reckon. Sweet and dedicated owner, you can tell they pour their heart into the space and the drinks. Will definitely be back to try the other things on the menu 💖 Love the space during non-peak hours, less crowded and you get space to breathe, sit, and enjoy the vibes

Tried the strawberry matcha from this small, cozy café tucked away from the bustle and honestly, it was such a vibe. The drink came in pretty pastel layers, that dreamy gradient of pink and green…with the strawberry compote having good chunks, which I loved. Taste-wise, the matcha had that nice earthy depth without being too bitter, and the strawberry added a soft sweetness that balanced it out perfectly. It wasn’t overly sugary (thankfully), and you could still taste the richness of the matcha. Each sip felt refreshing and comforting at the same time 🤤

I was super excited to try out the matcha latte from this cafe due to the rave reviews. Unfortunately I was left sorely disappointed with their portion size specifically. To be fair, the quality of the drink itself was great :) (4-5 stars, if based on quality of the drink and not considering the portion). So my unhappiness lies solely with portion size. I ordered via Grab - so the matcha latte was priced higher at $14.30 while the strawberry matcha latte was $16.50. I understand this is due to higher platform costs (compared to ordering in store). To my utter shock, what was delivered was less than half a cup of matcha latte (see pic) though the other drink probably was slightly higher than half a cup. The bag was not stained, so it wasn’t the case of spillage. Even if it is a drink with no ice, this portion size is unacceptable in my humble opinion (ref: cup on the left). *Updated in view of response by cafe: I did say the drink itself was lovely (1st para) and if I rate the drink solely on quality, it would be a 4-5 stars. I have since upped the stars and my feedback above accordingly. I am willing to pay a premium for a drink like this (which I did) but I maintain that the portion for the matcha latte drink was really small and disproportionate to the price paid and hence the two star rating. I have never had such a small cup of latte in my life (even for premium ones). I recommend that the cafe clearly states on delivery platforms that customers should expect less than a cup of matcha latte if there is no ice added (especially since one can’t tell if they have to pay $1.50 extra for an iced option, even though the selection was no ice as well).
