Very disappointing experience. I ordered the battered dory fish and was shocked to find a visible strand of hair embedded in the batter. This is a basic food hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. Finding hair in food instantly puts you off eating and raises serious concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen. I expected much better standards, especially for a simple dish like this. Unfortunately, this has completely ruined my meal and I won’t be returning unless hygiene is taken more seriously.
This is our 2nd time. Basically come here only for the amazing food. Give thumbs up to the chefs. For the service and attitude of the servers, just close one eye and enjoy the food. Talk to your frds or watch YouTube. Singaporeans just being Singaporeans. You give the $1M, they still behave the same 😁 Btw, why can't the servers serve in calm manner? Why do you need to pace up and down as if you're in McDonald's? The restaurant is already small and cramps. Please walk slowly.
Iman was most helpful to make sure we got our free churros for signing in the 1st time when ordering. Good recommendation from him on the haddock when the dory was sold out. He's polite & professional. Makes dining here a pleasant experience :)
