Located above Cold Storage inside Chancery Court condo. Walked past the outlet and was attracted by a rich banana waffle aroma. Checked out what's selling and the lady manning the cashier was very friendly and inviting. She recommended the simple menu items with so much description. Texture felt like a hybrid between soft bread and cake. Pretty good, worth a try if you are around the area.
Received the petite bundts as a wedding favour and they were so good I ordered some for myself too. Do follow the heating instructions to achieve that awesome crusty texture. Wish they had plain (no filling) petite bundts rather than chocolate as the default. Nevertheless, all the flavours of the petite bundt are good albeit pricey. May feel a little oily as well.
I had such a lovely time at Banelè! I tried the mocha and the Petite Bundts, and both are delightful. The mocha wasn’t like any I’ve had before, it had a unique depth of flavor. The Petite Bundts had 4 flavors and the Yuzu lavender is my fave! What made the visit even more special was the staffs, Louise, Nana and Sha — so welcoming and genuinely amazing. The cozy atmosphere, delicious offerings and wonderful service will definitely bring me back!
