Had a delightful experience at Tsujiri Clarke Quay Central — a must-visit for matcha lovers! The space is small but cozy, with a modern Japanese aesthetic that instantly sets the mood for a sweet treat. We ordered the Warabimochi (Matcha + Kinako), Yuzu Houjicha (Hot), Matcha Float, and Yuzu Float and every item was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. The Warabimochi was the standout, soft, chewy, and generously coated in kinako, with a drizzle of matcha that gave it a rich, earthy finish. It’s a comforting yet refreshing dessert that we’d definitely return for. The Yuzu Houjicha had a lovely citrusy aroma layered with the roasted depth of houjicha, a unique and well-balanced drink, especially enjoyable hot. The Matcha Float was indulgent, with deep umami notes and a creamy soft serve topping that made it feel like a dessert in a cup. The Yuzu Float was vibrant and uplifting, a great option for a hot day. Prices are a little steep, but the quality, authenticity, and experience justify it. If you’re looking to enjoy premium Japanese matcha and tea desserts in Singapore, Tsujiri never disappoints!

1 for the ice cream, 1 for the entertainment of watching it fail) Let me be absolutely clear: if you are looking for anything beyond 'frozen dairy product' that is actively trying to escape your cone, keep walking. This is the Mount Everest of average ice cream. It's firmly nothing special—not bad enough to spit out, but certainly not tasty enough to justify the visit. The real show, however, is the setting. This shop is an active, open-air experiment in thermodynamics. They've opted out of the whole 'air conditioning' concept, creating a climate where their product achieves liquid state faster than you can pay for it. Seriously, my scoop began its graceful, messy descent the nanosecond it left the server's hand. It was less an ice cream cone and more a race against the laws of physics. The only advice I can offer is this: Treat it like a secret midnight mission. Come only after sunset, or be prepared to lick with the frantic energy of a hummingbird—or just wear a bib. I won't be returning to participate in this sweaty, $8 puddle of disappointment again. Melt so fast, eat or drink my icecream??!!

Matcha ice cream was nice. Was tricked because I got this dessert with the expectation that the warabi mochi to be chewy and bouncy but it was not of that chewy texture at all. Female wait staff could be more patient and thorough in her explanation of the different product offerings.
