Staff service super poor, the two ladies was very rude and impatient and only the male staff got better attitude. Disappointed with the service compared to other coffee chain.

I was very pleased with the sight, where the staff kindly, quickly and politely made up to an order error from a customer quickly. It is a quite a heart warming sight too looking at the customer-staff interaction! May god bless the them all too. May the staff carry forward with their good services to the customers and the company should be very proud of them.

Today, I visited The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. There was a staff member named Intan who gave me a very unpleasant death stare and was extremely rude in her attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I believe basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained. I hope management looks into this and ensures better service standards in the future.
