I want to salute and show respect to all the staff here. Even during peak hours, they remain very patient with customers — it’s not easy! I usually come once or twice a week with my daughter, and the food here is always so good. Of course, it’s also because of the wonderful staff!

I found a new place to kill time while waiting for my daughter who attends weekend class in Seng Kang! It is unusual to find a Saizeriya outlet that is not crowded but here I am, at the Rivervale Mall :-) The staff attended to me is quite polite & she gave me a 4 seater table that is close to the drinks counter and also with a view :-) I ordered their free flow drinks at $2.90 & a dessert at costs less than $5… The whole place is clean, neat & well organized. & the staff didn’t bother me while I just sat here to take my break at own time own target. For sure it is going to be my regular place for weekends :-)

Had dinner at about 8.30pm alone. The staff there are good service esp tge pretty tall lady. Very hardly found such staff. Overall very good. But music abit too loud though
