The food was delicious, and the service I received from the staff was excellent! I did not receive my receipt from the ordering kiosk as it was out of paper, the young lady staff with glasses took the initiative to tell me my order number, and also gave me my receipt once it was printed out after replacing the receipt paper. It would be better if the cheese on the fish burger was melted, but it's still delicious as it is! The sweet potato ice cream really hit the spot too!

Outstanding service from the staff at this outlet, who clearly love kids too. Special shout out to Uncle Wee Meng who was so friendly and proactive at doing his job, and another younger lady with spectacles at the counter who was also very friendly and caring. Food was delicious and served hot. Very happy to see that this outlet also seems to hire older workers, which is fantastic. Thank you for a simple but wonderful meal!

My yakiniku rice burger is full of vein that can't be chewed. Some are so long that it got stuck in my throat. The texture of the rice burger is not as great as before. Standard of taste has really dropped over the years. Got to stop patronising them. The photo attached are the vein I am talking about
