I am a regular customer of Acai Affair, but this outlet at Upper Thomson is a big disappointment. I highly do not recommend for anybody to visit. The staff does not even show empathy or say any apologies when there WAS A STRAND OF HAIR in my acai. She just took it and threw away, not even a single sorry and the second cup they gave me to replace the first one, even had a small plastic inside. How unhygienic the staff is and still no manners. Very bad customer service.
Guy with curly hair had the worst customer service ever. We had some questions regarding the açai and menu, but he didn’t even bother responding or helping. Totally unfriendly, clearly just wanted to get the order over with. The takeaway order did not provide any spoons or labelling and we only discovered after we left. When I walked back to ask for the spoon, he blatantly ignored me and I had to find the spoon myself. Find better front facing employees to represent your brand instead of cold staff like this guy
I love the avocado toast here! Come by quite often because I am in the area almost every weekend! My initial visits were met with inconsistency of the toast standards, but after a great service recovery by the stall, now I find the standard of the avocado toasts PERFECT! This is the place I would come to to chill and have a healthy, quick and relatively affordable meal! Would appreciate if the cutlery and "plates" were non disposable, but that ain't a big issue. Coffee taste is quite lacking though :/ so I started to order other drinks with the set. other than that, still love this place! Update Sep 2019: They use plates and bowls now! Looks super pretty and aesthetic! Utensils are still disposable and hard to cut the toasts, but still a great start to going green!
