Always love Gelatissimo, but was especially impressed with our visit here yesterday with my young boy. From the top of the Singapore Flyer we noticed this outdoor shop on the ground level and we couldn’t wait to try. We went for the chocolate chip and Milo flavours which was really good! It started melting a bit fast in the Singapore heat but the staff was kind enough to pass us a spare cup so there was minimal spillage. Thanks for making our day! 🍨

Came to Gelatissimo and honestly had a really good experience because of Elaine. She was friendly, patient, and very on point with customer service. Didn’t rush us, explained properly, and had a good attitude the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing her job well. Service like this really makes a difference. 👍
