It was a great experience dining at Clove. The spread was good! There was live stations for meat carving, cheese wheel, noodles, etc. Seafood were very fresh! Mud crab was the best ever! Only minor flaw was that oysters were stated on the menu even for buffet lunch but was informed it was only for dinner. Suggest that you remove it from lunch buffet menu to avoid confusion. otherwise, Everything was wonderful! Special shout out to Bethany and Jovianne! They were attentive and friendly!

Had an excellent dining experience at Clove, Swissôtel The Stamford! We visited during their 1-for-1 seafood buffet promotion with selected credit cards, and it was absolutely worth it. The seafood spread was fresh, generous, and beautifully presented - from the succulent prawns and mussels to the perfectly shucked oysters. Every station was well-stocked throughout the evening, and the staff were attentive and quick to clear plates without being intrusive. Ambience was bright and welcoming, making it a great place for both celebrations and casual gatherings. With the 1-for-1 offer, the value was unbeatable for the quality and variety we enjoyed. Overall, a truly delightful buffet experience. Highly recommended!

The black peppers crabs and chillies crabs taste so good. The crabs are fresh and big size with yummy sauce that have it with rice and mantou. The lobster cook with chillies sauce and white cream sauce are also good. I also like the pumpkin lobster soup that is thick and creamy. The mini cakes chocolate cake etc are fantastic good. Oysters has little fishy but add some chillies sauce will be much better. Only thing is the Laksa gravy is not that tasty. Overall I enjoyed the seafood chocolate buffet very much. I have visited the Clove for this buffet twice within 2 weeks. It is worth for value. Thanks for the promotion for customer to have enjoyed the buffet. Hopefully to see promotion next year.
